More than anything else, Iacta's mission is to understand the dynamics of serving interactive content and services to consumers via TV. Much of our work involves research with our users, and then turning the understandings we gain into strategic plans and service designs for our clients.

Our results and reports are provided to our clients. Some are available on a subscription basis, and some are shared freely on this website. Please contact us for more information about our reports, services or consulting and how they apply to your organization.

Studies and Reports
Lessons Learned From iTV: A Four-Year Study of Consumers Interacting with Television
Volume 1 covers the entire history of WebTV, and identifies the successful elements that gave it the loyalty of almost one million subscribers, and the mistakes and missed opportunities that kept it from achieving its potential market. Detailed analysis of three major user surveys taken in 1998, 1999, and 2001 give insight into important factors, additional service opportunities, and track how iTV users change as they grow more experienced.
